Antigua and Barbuda, a haven with countless beaches, year-round sunshine, and the warmest of welcomes, awaits your presence. Turn this sought-after holiday destination into the home of your dreams through the Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Programme, established in 2013. This program offers citizenship in exchange for an economic donation to this idyllic Caribbean nation.
Citizenship through investment in Antigua and Barbuda is available through four options:
Contribute to the Government’s National Development Fund (NDF):
Purchase pre-approved real estate to be held for at least 5 years:

Antigua and Barbuda passports, CARICOM passports issued to citizens of Antigua and Barbuda for international travel, offer biometric features for enhanced security and streamlined cross-border procedures. Holders of these passports enjoy global mobility, granting access to nearly 150 countries and territories worldwide.
The passport application process operates separately from the citizenship by investment process and requires specific documents. The presentation of a certified copy of the Certificate of Registration, issued at the end of the citizenship by investment process, is mandatory. For passport renewals, the old passport must be submitted and will be cancelled upon issuance of the new one.
Antigua and Barbuda’s citizenship by investment application process comprises seven steps:
Your application will be meticulously reviewed, ensuring compliance with conditions, to maximize its acceptance potential.
Following approval, we will forward your application to Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) on your behalf.
The Government of Antigua and Barbuda will process your application, conduct due diligence checks, including criminal record checks, and evaluate your ability to provide funds.
Upon approval in principle, you will receive an official letter from the CIU confirming your citizenship grant.
Submit all necessary documentation, make qualifying investments, and settle government fees.
Upon completion of the preceding steps, you will receive a citizenship certificate, officially inducting you as an Antigua and Barbuda citizen.
You can now apply for an Antigua and Barbuda passport, unlocking the benefits of international travel.
From application submission to receipt of approval in principle, the process typically takes about three months. No interviews, tests, or residence requirements in Antigua and Barbuda are necessary, expediting the procedure.
Schedule a complimentary initial consultation with one of our citizenship experts to discuss your unique requirements.
